Trending @Infosys; How to get a Project change
How can i get out of a project if i have joined it recently. It is not something i want to get into and my reporting manager is also too annoying. Always behind my back, micro manages every now and then. I have talked to him about this but still no change. What should i do, I don't want to work for this project or at least get a manager change if project change is not possible. If there is something else i can do let me know what can be done in this situation
It's tough but if it's the project manager that's the problem then you can maybe discuss it with your infy manager and let them know you want a change. Try giving better reasons and not particularly this one because it won't have much weight. Difficult to change since you've joined it recently but worth a try. Who is the client btw ?
