Trending @Infosys; How to find AWS support projects for solutions architect associate

I wanted to switch from Technical support to AWS SUPPORT ENGINEER IR Related field in Infosys. I tried IJP but they didn’t respond. When I pinged the hiring manager multiple times, then she said she want experienced in frustrated tone. I tried outside infy but everyone want immediate joiner. Is there any other way to get AWS projects in Infosys pls suggest me?

Every quarter there will be 3 IJP opportunities, you have to show some AWS exp in your current project if you have any, otherwise try to say you have done a coure from XYZ institute, if this doesn't work, then complete associate level certificate and try
