Do not get I intimidated by scolding. Be firm in your responses, don’t bring emotions in between, ne professional, if someone is not answering your question put it on email and say if it’s not answered it would delay the task assigned to you. Bring problems out quicker than sitting silently on it. Be seen as a initiative taker, problem solver than a cribber.
