Did you tried searching with keyword "Transfer" in search bar in Infyme.There is portal called "Transfer system"

Make a solid plan to explain why you want to relocate. Can be medical issues of parents , family emergencies, Etc. Keep some proofs ready. And then take up this topic with your Manager as well as HR. So that chances of transfer rejection are less.

First check with your manager regarding that. Even if we raise a transfer request, it would any way go for manager approval.
