Trending @Infosys; How to Ask for release
How can I ask for release from project that i have recently onboarded because of unknown technology and team not supporting, also very toxic environment. Manager convinced me to join this project but I felt pressure every day. Pls give me suggestion to get out from this.
If it is unknown technology , wondering how you accepted the project. In infy most of the project are hectic!!
Try IJP. Because since you recently on boarded your manager may not release you that easily
Never refuse the project otherwise they'll release you from the company as per their policy. You can do one thing, try to let them know your medical emergency that is fit for you.
I got promoted via ijp and still working in the current Proj I want a release but since it’s a Proj from strach and big proj for infosys releases are not given easily as support Proj is huge how can I ask for release considering my situation
