Trending @Infosys; How performance bonuses are paid is it annual basis or quarterly? I have recently joined infosys as SP and haven’t received in my 3 rd sal.

It will be paid quarterly in Feb,May,Aug and Nov.

In the offer letter they have mentioned 50% fixed bonus till probation period, after that it will vary from 0 to 100%
