I joined in July 2022 as JL4B and got progression as JL4A in Jan 2024. Wanted to know how much time does it take before I move to JL5.

It also depends on your past 2 appraisal ratings. If its met expectations, then chances are slim.

Its not about how much time take for role change
You need to perform KRA of TL for at least 1 yr.
Since last few years I am seeing people are becoming TL at 6 yoe not sure it's due to their capability or to retain resources

I joined as fresher in nov 21, still waiting for sse. I think it will take lot of time min 2 years.
