Trending @Infosys; How much time of practice to Switch
Its been 8 months since I joined Infosys as BA post my MBA, How much minimum experience or exposure required before I switch?
Are you actually doing BA work or just some random ops stuff. Which domain. Any prior IT experience? Would say spend atleast years learn the domain and BA skills and then look to shift to GCC in your domain or the EY/PWC etc
Currently I am grooming PBI, Analysis of data, estimating of effrots,taking demo, writing user stories/acceptance criteria in the sprint. No I don't have any prior IT experience I was automobile engineering prior considering MBA,... yes I am willing to complete atleast 1-1.5 yr here,,,Can you explain to me about GCC?
Means the offshore IT offices of large fOreign organizations. Many of our clients have their IT teams in India and the pay 2*x for the same role if you have right experience. So spend full 2 years then think about switching.
