Trending @Infosys; How much time after PIP review

Hi all,

I have an NI rating (still in project) and my competency manager has initiated a PIP now (meeting scheduled with HR on Monday next week).

It is certainly alarming and I am counting my last days in Infy.

So how long one survives if even one of the assigned goals is not fulfilled.
