Trending @Infosys; How much should my EXPECTED CTC
I am getting around 34k in Infosys as dot net developer having 2 yoe currently . There is a startup company having strength 50-200 employees asking to join . how much I should expect from them . Earlier I used to say 8 lpa but seeing there in office and strength as it seems very small start-up how much I should say I don't want to lose opportunity also.
Negotiate considering other factors like work life balance and technology you'll be working in startup and then negotiate, whether they may not have that high budget but start with atleast with expectation of 100% hike and then negotiate for more or lil less that suits your needs
Ask should be close to 8L
You should not get lured by startup, if they pay more and your expenses are matched. Join them, otherwise find a higher offer. If not getting other offers then join the startup. Ask should be >=8LPA
You should check if they have received any funding recently. Ask for even more accordingly.
