Trending @Infosys; How much salary I should have RN??

I am 25 year old QA , about to join my second company with almost 12 LPA. I was feeling very good after getting this offer, but once I came to know all my developer friends are getting atleast 16-24 LPA with just 3 yoe that makes me thinking that 12lpa is not enough for me considering my future scenario. What should I do next and what should be my aim to get high salary like atleast reaching 20 LPA in next 2 years.
