Trending @Infosys; How much salary hike I can get via bridge program if my salary is 11lpa as an associate consultant?

I have an offer outside with 18lpa. With 3.5 years of experience. My manager has asked me to do a bridge programme so that they can match the salary I am getting outside to retain me. Will infosys give 60 percent hike if I clear the bridge program?

I suppose if I can clear power programmer role, it is better to go for product based company rather than staying at infosys

Ask your manager to write this down for you and make it official. These promises are just like the ones given by politicians before elections.

Bridge program will take min 6 months time...if you switch to that 18 LPA job you will have 6 months of that salary and the new experience in probably better role. Don't listen to your manager

Bridge process itself takes months. For example PP bridge takes min. Of 7-8 months for role change. And 60% seems to be false promise
