Senior Associate Consultant is JL4 or JL5?

13.5 JL4 working in SAP technology

I am making 12.3 L now. I am working in Infosys from last 9 years. I got hikes only twice and no Promotion.

If we apply for a IJP to a JL 5 role and get selected, Can we negotiate our salary or they will just automatically do it?

10.7 joined with 3.8 years exp. Now my exp is close to 6 years with no hike since joining. Can I ask for a salary correction?
