16moTrending @Infosys; How much hike % in your unit?
Never got hike till now. Joined in 2022. Heard from old colleagues- last year they got 3% fo ME rating. As per the last year hike- OS rating got 7%.
Basis better performance this year and town hall announcement for surety of hikes this year end- I am expecting better percentages for hike. I am in EAIS unit.
