Trending @Infosys; How much % hike got for Microsoft Account employee?

JL5 - Met expectations , Hike - 5% , ENG unit

Ya jl5 with met expectations just over 4.6

I am at jl 3 level with ME rating. Unit - MSP. I didn't receive any mail for hike. Can anyone tell me the reason.
