Trending @Infosys; How much Billing hour require for Senior System Engineer

Hi folk,i joined infosys in october 2022 but still i did not get any promotion . When i try to connect with delivery manager he told me that Total utilization and Billable Utilization are not qualified for SSE. Any idea how to check this and how much required

Yes it is showing but i dont know how much require for SSE

For SSE no billing criteria for promotion oly nomination from manger and available slots for that Unit

Initially i was on bench after that i got project and was in prod over 4 -5 month and again im currently on project since april
