Trending @Infosys; How many years of experience needed in jl5 to get promoted to jl6

Officially it is 5 years ..but will get it in 3-4 years..also please note that your manager should nominate you then only you will get promotion..otherwise I know ppl in Infy who have spent more than 5 years in jl5 level still waiting for jl6
