Trending @Infosys; How many years at Infosys are required for a salary hike? I’ve heard you need to complete at least 3 years in INFY for a hike. Is that true?
I have joined Infosys in April 2021, the next year April 2022, I got yearly hike as normal. I don’t think is there new rule that you have to complete 2 yrs for hike. Just with your Manager regarding this …
If that's the case, I will be completing my first year in April. Does that mean I’ll be eligible for a salary hike after that?
No such rule... Joined Infosys as JL4 in Dec 2023 and got 9% hike this year
The beauty is there is no rule based on what is happening over last 2-3 years. Since the whole hike cycle has become unpredictable we can’t surely say anything. Prior to this mostly people will get a hike every April except the folks who have not completed 1 year or or not confirmed as if March 31st. So for laterals/ freshers it typically a 1.5 years to 2 year wait. Others used to get every year. But now we don’t know what the hell is happening
