Trending @Infosys; How many in infosys do WFO as per the mandated number of days?, what is the action if you dont attend the required days

one of my friend got termination mail from HR as he was not coming to office from last 2 year and one day HR connect with him and same day he got termination letter, so pls check with HR directly wether they were allowing or not
