Hey everyone one I'm later joiner as java developer. And I'm joined as Infosys it almost 2 months over still I'm not allocated to project. Some project call coming that all going like ghost recruitment. Can you give me advice to get the project and in means I'm feeling afraid about that not getting project.
Getting a project can be tough. Network with colleagues, update your skills, and keep applying through internal portals. Patience is key; opportunities will come. Stay proactive and visible.

I will give you a simple trick. Ask your colleagues, whosoever has spent some time in Infosys. Or maybe ask your BPHR, about the internal openings - IJPs.
There is a stepUp mail that employees receive. It has an excel sheet with IJP openings and their unit name and their manager name.
Even if u got the unit name, it will work. Cold message the managers (Project Managers specifically) on teams. Ask them if they are open to take you. Show them your urgency to join a project. They will definitely give you a chance!
I am sure it will work! Parallelly work on your skills too!
Apply for accelerate task related to your skills. Keep on doing these small gigs. It will help you build connections and may land you in a project
