I work in a support project where there is not a lot of technical stuff. And I want to change my stream and work on front end development, designing web pages and stuff in which I'm interested.
Will I be able to get into my desired stream through PP program? And should we inform our manager before nominating ourselves for this program?
All of this is because I want to get some skills and try to switch for a better paying job.
Go ahead and nominate yourself no need to inform manager.
That being said no guarantee that you will work as frontend developer only it can be backend, cloud, devops, Data analyst etc.
Coming to how the bridge work so after nomination there will be one OA round in which 3 DSA questions are asked. If you clear it than interview round. If got selected than congratulations you have to undergo 3 months training in Mysore after which your role will change.
Thank you for the info I got to know that we can choose from three languages to write the code. C++, Java and Python. If thats true I was thinking of working on Python as i've got soem experience working on it.
Yeah it's true. You have options of all the languages you can think of to write the code.
