Trending @Infosys; How can we change rating from ni to me and raise complaint on manager

It would be very difficult to change, but u can challenge the rating within 7 days and if your points are valid And u have enough evidence to show what work u have done then it might be considered other it’s very rare

You can, but as I said if you are confident and have enough evidence to prove that you deserve ME then you have a chance otherwise don’t even bother to contest it. There are lot of parameters how we all are rated, if you meet them, then definitely stand a chance. And did you have your discussion with manager after you got NI?

Very difficult but not impossible. Most managers have been forced to give 10% (NI/UP) ratings. When forced they looks for excuses to give someone lower rating. Any small client escalation becomes a liability. The systems are built to prevent personal vendetta but difficult to prove as it’s your word against the managers . So unless you have genuine client appreciations for your work it’s very difficult to take on your manager. Cause the same reviewer would have forced manager to identify his bottom 10%. If you did not have any internal/external escalations and can prove thta you met your goals do take the option to reject your rating . Else just find a new job.

I am confused I got outstanding this time and I don’t have time to wait if they don’t give any hike thinking to resign in feb, will they retain and give hike? It’s so frustrating having worked real hard and no clear communication or growth. Just words.
