Trending @Infosys; How can I release from my current project, I want technical stuffs in cyber sec but here unnecessary headache is there for managerial stuff
I joined the project for technical point of view but later I saw only managerial stuffs they are giving me and putting me in the calls where I am unaware of these things

They said you can not leave project but you can leave company,
So i finally resigned yesterday without any offer in hand 🙂 can't take it anymore

I would suggest not to take a release . Maybe you will be moved to the central bench that will affect the rating. Try to upskill and reskill and search for a job and switch. You can also apply for the IJP and once you get selected , the manager will have to give you a release from project.
Its better to change project after the yearly ratings are compete - else releasing manager will give NI rating
