Yes , you can easily get it through IGP. Just go and explore IJP page, if you are eligible to apply for TL role, gor for it. Selection process is not very difficult

I completed English assessment. My manager told me she will suggest my name for TL role. But in my team there are two people who are eligible for TL role. How can I standout ?
