Trending @Infosys; How are the Promotions in the ORC Unit at Infosys?

I joined Infy recently and just cleared the probation. I am working as Senior Consultant (JL5) in the Oracle Unit.

I have career growth ambitions.. Is there a fair system to recognise and reward the employees? I want to spend at least 3 years to Infosys.
