Trending @Infosys; Hikes Expected on Promotion?

Joining as a fresher in Infosys with systems Engineer, after completing 3 years. Heard about promoting from Senior systems Engineer to Tech Analyst, then I need some info on what are the possible hikes that can be initiated by the manager’s influence. Or what will the be the standard hike we could get if we are at good track in projects/ratings. Will DQ score impact on the hikes/promotion?

standard hike % is 17.5% but you may get 25-35 % depending upon your last rating. if you have OS rating you may get more than 35 %

Are you sure? I heard about 20% But never seen 35% anywhere.

I suggest to switch, as the comp received even after promotion/hike is so insignificant that you would wish you had switched
