Any news about hikes this year ? Joined in 2022 and not received any hike till now. Received US H1-B lottery and work permit assignment last month, but my Manager is saying they will send me onsite if and only if vacant positions are there in the same project in US. Are they trying to hold me by showcasing US H1B ? Any thoughts or suggestions??
You are pretty lucky that they did your H1b so early and it go through also. Keep pushing for visa stamping. My relative has been waiting for 4+ years for his stamping. But he is senior and more useful in pre sales so they are just showing him the carrot and keeping him. If they don’t do in next 6 months s start looking for another company who needs folks at on-site. If you have H1b they will be more than happy to take you
