Performance is myth for Outstanding…. Hope you understand what exactly I’m saying. Few a** lickers get Outstanding, then who genuinely works gets Commendable and rest avg performers gets ME.

you might be correct related to your project.
for me the rating is outstanding but i just contacted manager just 2-3 times a year only for a medical emergency.
