Hi all , I joined as a lateral in dec 2023 and got confirmed on june 2024 with outstanding rating . Will I be eligible for currently appraisal?

You will be eligible. During my orientation I was informed that if u joined before July 1 then u r eligible for appraisal

You will not be eligible for the current appraisal. Since you joined in dec 2023 and got confirmed in june 2024, you missed the appraisal cycle. Better luck next time.
