Trending @Infosys; Hike/Promotion/Salary Doubts

I joined as a fresher Analyst- Data Science (Analytics) in June 2022 with a CTC of 7.5lac. Later was progressed to Senior Analyst and CTC increased to 8.4lac. Can someone help me with my doubts☹️

1. Am I getting underpaid?
2. Can I expect any hike or promotion in upcoming years?
3. Why are freshers being offered more when they are getting hired for the same designation of Analyst and we seniors are being paid less?
