I joined infosys year back as SSE and got commendable as feedback. Do I get a hike or promotion, and what is the percentage? Please comment if you know !

Rating doesn’t give an immediate benefit. It’s too early for a promotion since it’s just a year. You will 8-10% higher variable pay every quarter than average infoScion. When it comes to compensation review you will get 4-6 more hike than average hike. But most likely you will not get any hike in April. They will put some 3 year criteria
