Currently, I am going under acon training after clearing all the bridge assessments. I am JL 4 currently and my salary is 9 LPA(8fixed+1pb). What could be salary hike once completed training and other assessments? Since, I have completed more than a year as JL4 and perhaps I could get senior Acon role after successful training completion?
Infy pays that much JL4 ? You switched from other company ? Because I am a JL3 and the pay is very less. Even if I scale to JL4 it will not be increased to 10LPA. Is it your domain or experience?

Kindly reveal your hike % here once it officially confirmed. I'm also TA (JL4) planning to take Acon certification in next Quarter hopefully. Your hike % will motivate me to get it
People who joind as ACON generally get 10-12 lpa so you can get according to that dont expect much “internal change not so great pay”
