Trending @Infosys; Hike Letter Not Received

I haven't received my hike letter for FY25. My manager and HR informed me that I got a hike due to my Bridge Program participation. However, I noticed that my Bridge Program colleagues from the same unit have received their letters.

Could you please advise on what I should do next?
