How much hike does infosys give for associate consultant joined from bschools
Does not matter if you are from A school, bschool or c school . Sabko Ghanta milega is baar. Normally you would got similar 6-12% like most other infy folks get.
I understand but as ur aware that bschool graduate often paid more than normal graduates ....so I asked ....it seems u have issues with bschool or may be just u aspired but couldn't pursue the same ....i understand ur frustration with the company but mind ur way of saying
I think you are not aware that many engineering graduates/ new recruits depending on their skill set currently being paid equal to many of the mba we are recruiting from tier 2, 3, tier 4 bschools. Yes that was the precise point I wanted to make, MBA would have given you a higher entry salary compared to normal engineering entry in infosys. (You have paid upwards of 15l for your course) But that’s it. The hikes would be as anyone else would get depending on the company / unit / your performance. In hindsight did sound a bit harsh apologies for that. But this year do not expect Anything irrespective of where you graduated / post graduated from!!!
