Trending @Infosys; Hike from jl3 to jl4

Can someone tell exact hike from jl3 to jl4. As I am trying to switch company or get a good hike in infosys. So please tell exact amount so that I know it will be worth to wait to complete 3 years. Also if anyone knows how to switch please tell me As I m trying from LinkedIn and didn't get any good response yet. No way it will be close to hike you will get outside. Was unde impression that will be atleast 15% but one of my known just got 10%

No worth waiting in infosys or any service based company .Try for promotion or hike but always switch companies when possible you will get more hike in switch than in promotion.
