For JL3 employees, can we expect a hike or not? It's been 2 years since I joined Infosys, but I only got a project this year in March.

you will not get a hike. Infosys is known for being stingy with raises, especially if you just got a project this year. better luck next time.

Many terms and conditions applied. Ask ur hr n mgr what are those and do i fullfill them. This ans will b more valuable than hike as it helps u decide early to navigate ur nxt
