Trending @Infosys; Hike for this quarter?
Are we getting a hike in this quarter, based on the last rating given by manager? Because no one is saying anything with surety .!
Don't expect anything from Infosys. Because narayana murthy is planning to give another just 240 crores to his 4 month old poor grandson because his grandson is the one who is working day and night and set the company at that level top level.
Narayana murthy: you have to Feel proud as working in Indians second biggest IT company. That's the most valuable thing you can have. Employees: what?
Narayana Murthy: employee needs to work 70 hours per week.

Infosys doesn’t give give quarterly hikes. Hikes are yearly applicable April 1st onwards. The are announced in June / July. Last year, COVID year and 2009 were exceptions where the skipped or delayed hikes. Org level the will decide on a percentage. Then it will +- 5% your unit performance , your rating and something extra if they want to make you happy.
