I joined on July 21, I haven't received any performance hike yet

Joined on July 4th 2022, No hike till now.

I also joined on oct 2022 and not get hike. The employees who completed 24 months on december 2023 were eligible for hike.

I have joined in 2021 and till now haven't received any hike even my rating is commendable. So to be honest forget hike here

I too joined around the same time and still haven't got any hike. As per what I heard from a tenured colleague, only those who joined after October 2020 were considered for this cycle. Not sure though how true it is.
