Yeah I want to know FOR SSE the same if rating is ME OR COMMANDABLE How much pay will increase from our in hand salary if 28.5 OR 28 IF HIKE IS 6 TO 9%

It will be in form of ECR not hike, it will be 7-12% based on rating if rating NA then based on confirmation band
