I have received outstanding for 3 consecutive years. the percentage of hike was not effected by it at all. All got same hike. Outstanding rating matters when you variable pay every quarter.

Expect a hike between 15% to 22% for an outstanding rating, but it can vary based on company performance and budget. Keep expectations realistic.

It's based on your JL level.. The higher you are the lower the percentage like jl2 you can expect 15 to 20% where as JL5 upto 10% and jl6 don't ask.

4-5% more than average hike for the company

Zero ! Infosys hasn't given a hike from the past 2 years so don't expect for this year also
