Trending @Infosys; Hike for Need Improvement Rating

I got rating as Commendable on my first year but sadly this year due to some politics got NI rating. Will I get the general hike of about 3-4%?

I am the same candidate who got commanable rating and next year direct NI rating. So it's not like impossible. I also didn't fight with anyone as HR and Manager are milibhagat in infosys. So this year I got ME rating now. In my case also there was no solid justification.

I don’t believe this, as one of the comments above commendable to NI that is harsh, I myself being a manager know how this works, I don’t think this is politics, it might be performance issue, if any candidate we are giving NI there should Be solid justification, HR’s are very strict so little hard to believe

yes just like that they can not give ni or up for anybody. strong justification is needed. Hrs are not that dumb to accept everything presented.

I’m working in the same project after my training till today for more than two years , equal to the laterals with a great output

even then I was give NI rating without any solid reason
within a month after this rating I got two offers more than 100 percent hike
now my manager is trying to retain me with 50 percent hike 😂

Even my old manager from Macy's account did same thing with me, previously I was commendable rating but this year he forced me to add his name in reviewew although with that manager I work only 2 months and still he was asking me to put his name.

And bingo he gave me NI, directly from commendable to ni , that stupid manager is worst woh bss khunass utar kr gya, and to be honest at that time I was not aware ki yeh rating will affect my variable pay performance bonus so I also won't pay attention to him.

And whoever managers are saying no it's not politics or you only not perform well, so for all those managers - when I got commendable uss time pe kya mai elon musk ka dimak lekr baitha tha kya, stop making shit reasons, accept it managers khunnas nikalte hai.

And for you bro don't worry about this hike and increment, just give your best shot and get new switch. Aur Company change krdo by getting double hike.

And on last working day write a good mail to all ur colleagues and friends and keep all those people's hr manager who played with you and gave ni rating to you stating to all TO people's.. hope will cross our paths some day again and good luck, and for all CC people's managers hrs write like you are the reason why good employees.are leaving, hope our faces or path never colliide in futue

Boys and girls I have joined one year back i understand completely about infy. Even we got hike that amount is sufficient for WiFi bill sooo don't expect more from any single organisation

Commendable to NI without a very solid justification is not possible. Even hr might question managers on it. Did you officially try to fight it in system
