I have recently promoted to TA from SSE in Infosys and i didn't receive hike for last 2 years. Did they will provide me the hike or what they will do.

Hey, how long does it take to get promoted from SSE to TA, and is it organic like from SE to SSE or are there other factors involved?

SSE TO TA for me it is exact 1 year. And overall 3 yoe to get this TA

how many year need to promoted from SSE to TA. I think that 2.5 year is enough in Infosys

Hikes are different promotions are different so u will get hike
