Trending @Infosys; Hike confusion for rating
Hi all..I would like to know if the hike will be based on our rating this year or as per last year rating?
Everyone has the same doubt bro starting they said last year's rating now they are saying it may be last year or this year's ratings. We have wait till the quarterly meeting we might get some update there
Someone say this year, someone say last year. No one really knows
God, CEO, CFO, CHRO knows!!!! They will calculate which rating would lead to less payout and decide. If this is April 2024 hikes being given in Jan 2025 then rating as of Sep 2023 should be considered. If they are considering Jan 2025 as combined hike for 2024 And 2025 (ie no hike till April 2026 after this ) then they will consider Sep 2024 rating. Let’s wait for few more weeks for the letter
