I have recently selected through IJP from Senior Associate Consultant to Technology Lead starting from Dec 2 2024,
Am I eligible for a yearly hike? its been 3 yrs i have not received any hike.
And through IJP how much % i can expect, still not received a role change letter.

JL 4 to 5 is fixed at 12% and your variable pay will become 15% from 10% now. So you can check your fixed pay accordingly

tl by ijp i heard it's fixed around 12%. Ask ur hr to confirm.
