Trending @Infosys; Hike and progression

I have joined in March 2022 and till now Infosys have not given any hike and still my role name is same. What should be done now. Please guide me. My time is getting wasted. They keep shifting me to different skills and pathetic culture and units too. In the end year review , new manager say that we don't know what you did in last year and they give met expectations ratings.
