Can any one let me know if Infosys is given any hike on completion of probation. I have joined Infosys as lateral.

Agreed..if you get lucky 18 to 24 months.nowdays i have seen jl4 from last 4 years..waiting to get promoted to jl5

It's too early to get a hike only after 6months (probation).

Ideally it's takes minimum 18 to 24 months to get JL 4 to JL5
