Trending @Infosys; Hike

In today's quarterly townhall call, it was mentioned that they are considering the hike for this year after a successful quarter. But I'm not sure when that will come into effect. Please comment if you know.

They are trying to normalise hikes from November for the entire workforce. And that too only too a percentage of people which fits in their so called eligibility criteria. So, that narrows it down much further. Last time using this strategy they provided hikes to people who joined before a certain date (oct 2021). They said it is so called salary correction. But using that salary correction, now they are stating that they hv already given hikes, btw, which they should hv given in April. So, in a way not only they are only giving hikes for 4 months but also circulating through PR regarding tightened cash flows and what not. Also, variable pay percentage we all are seeing, what they are doing with it. 80% for outstanding. Even when they hv good results they termed it as cautious spending, and if they hv bad then obviously they can't do so called much. So, in short, the employee has to hear the losses from their own salary but when it comes to provide profits and salary correction to employees they will not provide it bcoz it's their so called cautious spending

This is thw worst thing ever.
Getting hike for last year's appraisal cycle after the completion of this year's appraisal cycle.
Like what's this 1 year difference thing going on.
They want to save interest from that?

I feel so and the money they save on by cutting down our variable and not giving hikes on time is shown as profit
