Hi, Will we get hike letter even if we are on bench? I'm currently in a project. But will be on bench from 1st Jan as I will be moving to another unit through IJP.

Can someone tell me if I will still get the hike or not if I'm in bench

Yea yiu will. Depending on your last rating and eligibility criteria. Till now infosys has never kept a bench as a criteria

you will not get hike if you are on bench. being on bench means you are not contributing to any project, so no hike for you.

I was on bench for a year , this nov i got into project will be eligible to hike by any chance? Previously I got met expections for rating
