I think when people know he/she is underpaid then switching is the only option than complaining.
True but people have expectations and aspirations right. You work hard throughout the year and expect something in return for your hard work. But not getting the value again and again makes them frustrated and mad.
It is similar to putting effort in a relationship and ultimately getting cheated on.
What is the use of hard working and putting lot of efforts if we are getting peanuts at the end?
