At this point No. but for a PM, it is also risky to put in a resignation, because it’s an expendable skill

I second this, any JL5 or above is just going to get replaced by the company with some one below them or in line to them. I have seen this happen very often in my Unit, infact being a TL, I myself working on a few PM duties right now because of such decision.
